This service provides complete and one-stop wedding design and planning and is completely customised for each wedding. This is also the service to choose if you want to ensure all your items compliment each other and a most memorable event. We will first get to know you as a couple and understand your story and visions, we then provide all the creative directions on aesthetics from bride and groom attire, bridal party styling, decoration set up to invitation design.
From providing a detailed timeline to budget management, from contacting, negotiating to liaising with all vendors, from managing all parties involved to working out all the logistics coordination for the day, we will assist and follow up on every single item from the beginning to the end.
You can get involved as much or as little as your prefer in the process, or choose to do the fun stuffs whilst we take care of all the other nitty gritty details. To put it simply, this package allows you to create your dream wedding without any stress and knowing that your big day will be a seamless experience that you and all the guests can enjoy.
WEDDING DESIGN & MONTH OF COORDINATION
This service is perfect for the the couple who are looking for guidance on all the aesthetics aspects for their wedding and a helping hand to run the logistics on the actual day. It will begin with a creative session to discuss your love story and inspirations. We will then create a mood board and design proposal to let you visualise everything and also recommend the best design team to handle the project and fits your style.
We then take over and offload the logistics from you 6 weeks prior to your wedding, including reviewing the rundown, coordinating with all suppliers, following up on logistics, supervising onsite setup, all that needs to be done at crunch time to ensure you will have a stress-free day and your wedding is executed without a hitch.
MONTH OF COORDINATION
This service is suitable for the couple who is confident in designing their own wedding, liaising with vendors and working on all the logistics but simply need a helping hand to tie up loose ends and handle anything that's outstanding. The service will begin one month prior to the wedding day and include following up with all vendors, reviewing the planned rundown and providing on-site coordination and inspection on the wedding day to ensure everything goes according to plan and any problems that arise are resolved quickly and discreetly.
